…invisible monsters
…suicidal thoughts just linger-
they’re usually always there- that’s what people don’t get.
you could be sharing a conversation with a friend- discussing next day plans over dinner- or even laughing while playing a board game-
they’re still fckn there!-
so our mind is always at war for the simplicity of peace- and that becomes the silent… dangerous… battlefield-
i always worry for my children- I carried the disease that may now carry them- so now I’m always wondering if the monster chases their mind too.
im always wondering if they say it doesn’t but it does- because I say it doesn’t when it does- more often than I should.
please be gentle with your loved ones- all ages. because their monster is invisible also, and they’re running as fast as they can too, while completely appearing stationary- and this becomes the misunderstood defeat. it is such a sad, lonely, and hidden disease.
embrace someone today.
hold them tight.
